Every package page has a "Not included" list. Typically: travel insurance, meals not stated in the package, laundry, and personal spending. If it is not listed as included, it is not included.
Each package states Visa ✓ or ✗ on its card. Where it is not included, the per-person visa fee is shown on the pricing tab before you book.
A 100% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due before departure; ask your consultant for an instalment schedule in writing.
