Umrah visas are typically approved in 24-48 hours. Tourist visas take 48-72 hours. Hajj visas depend on permit allocation and are processed as part of our Hajj packages. During peak Ramadan season allow extra time.

Meningitis ACWY vaccination is compulsory for all pilgrims performing Umrah or Hajj. COVID-19 requirements vary we will advise on current requirements when you apply. Vaccines should be taken at least 10 days before travel.
Female pilgrims aged 45 or over can travel in organised groups without a Mahram. Female pilgrims under 45 must be accompanied by a Mahram (husband or male relative). We advise on the latest Saudi regulations which are updated regularly.
In the rare case of a rejection we will contact you immediately, explain the reason and resubmit if possible. Our visa fee is non-refundable in case of rejection due to applicant error or incomplete documents.
Saudi Arabia now issues electronic visas (eVisa) for most nationalities. You will receive a PDF by email print it or save it to your phone. No physical sticker is placed in your passport for standard eVisas.
