My flight is cancelled or delayed

If flights are part of this package, we rebook you on the next available service at no extra cost and adjust hotel nights where needed. If you booked flights separately, our team helps you with the airline and re-times your transfers.

My visa is refused

Visa fees paid to the authorities are not refundable, but if the refusal is not caused by an error in your documents the package deposit is returned in full and you can re-apply when eligible.

The hotel changes

The hotel named on your written quote is what you get. If a supplier substitution is unavoidable we offer an equal or better hotel at the same distance band, and you may cancel for a full refund if you do not accept it.

I need to cancel

Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel; the exact scale is in the Terms tab. Airline and visa costs already incurred are passed on at cost, nothing more.

Something goes wrong in Saudi Arabia

Our ground team in Makkah and Madinah answer WhatsApp 24 hours a day while you travel. Your money is held under ATOL protection where flights are included.

Booking & approvals

• •Hajj packages are subject to final confirmation, authorization and allocation of quota by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• •The rules and regulations issued by the Ministry of Hajj and the Saudi Government must be followed by all Hujjaj.
• •Tentative programme — the schedule may vary by 1–2 days according to sighting of the moon and availability of flights.

Airfare & travel dates

• •Airfare is NOT included in the package price.
• •If airline availability requires departure or return 1–2 days before or after the package dates, any additional accommodation and related costs will be borne by the pilgrim; such arrangements must comply with Saudi rules and regulations.
• •E-Visa service is available.

Hotels & rooms

• •In 4 & 5 star hotels, half board includes an international buffet breakfast and dinner.
• •Hotel check-in is after 16:00 and check-out at 12:00. Due to the rush during Hajj days, hotels often delay providing room keys — customers may have to wait in such cases.
• •In Makkah and Madinah 4–5 star hotels, Triple or Quad occupancy will be through extra beds if a standard room is not available.
• •Additional charges apply for rooms with Haram or Kaaba view.
• •If the hotel requires an extra night stay due to its check-in/check-out policy or specific timing rules, the cost of the additional night will be borne by the customer.
• •Separate Double and Triple bed rooms in Azizia can be provided at additional charges (rates listed in the package pricing).

Azizia stay (where included)

• •A-class Azizia building with attached bathrooms.
• •Full board in Azizia includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus 24-hour serving of hot tea, coffee, cold beverages, ice cream and fresh fruits.
• •Complimentary shuttle service during the Azizia stay: 24-hour drop-off service to Al Haram only. Return shuttle service is not available due to crowd-control measures and frequently changing pick-up locations.

The five Hajj days (Mina, Arafat, Muzdalfa)

• •Best location Maktab (A) in Mina, very near to Jamarat, with specially designed air-conditioned tents offering comfort, security and safety.
• •Sofa-cum-beds (size 50–55 cm) with pillow, bed sheet and blanket; buffet meals with hot & cold drinks. Average 16 people to a tent; 2 tents may be combined. (Services provided by the Saudi company.)
• •Full board meals served in Mina from 8th to 12th Zil Hajj; three meals and beverages for all days in Mina.
• •Tent in Arafat with meals and hot & cold drinks; floor mat / sleeping bags and snack box in Muzdalfa. (Services by the Saudi company.)
• •Air-conditioned Arafat camp for ladies and gents.
• •Guidance provided for the Stoning at Jamarat; the company arranges Tawaf-e-Ziyarah and Tawaf-e-Wida facilitation.

Transport

• •Transportation is included. Airport transfers (Jeddah & Madinah) are provided by buses as per Saudi Ministry policies.
• •The latest model luxury air-conditioned buses with bathroom are provided.
• •Madinah to Makkah by high-speed Haramain Rail (subject to availability) or by special chartered private luxury bus.
• •During the five days of Hajj, exclusive private buses are arranged for our group pilgrims. Any additional private transportation requested will incur extra charges.

Guidance & support

• •Hajj staff assistance is available 24/7.
• •Hajj training sessions are arranged both in Pakistan and in Makkah/Azizia, and throughout the Hajj trip.
• •Hujjaj are facilitated by both male and female guidance.
• •Guided Ziyaraat in Makkah and Madinah.
• •Qurbani (Zabiha/Hadi) cost is included in all Hajj packages.
• •Wheelchair handler cost is NOT included in the package.
